Punch bearing housing is manufactured with cast-iron as material. After the holes on two ends of carrier roller have been processed, bearing house is then pressed and assembled.
Main defects of punch bearing housing are as follows:
1. Labyrinth structure is not rational and sealing performance is poor.
2. Precision of manufacturing is low, after inner holes of the two ends of steep pipe of carrier roller is processed, though the circular degree is up to standard, the inborn ellipticity of the steel pipe can not be eliminated.
3. The rotating part of carrier roller possesses so great weight, leading to the increase of inertness produced from rotation of carrier roller.
4. Labor intensity in production work is high.
