The main characteristics of DTⅡ Punch bearing housing are as follows:
① Labyrinth like sealed concave-convex grooves are directly designed on the outboard , the addition of labyrinth like sealed structure makes the sealing efficiency more reliable. On the outer end of the bearing roller is added a layer of seal ring, on which a round surface with intro side concaves, a labyrinth ring is projected near the periphery of the shaft of the bearing roller, so that another sealing cover may be added, between which and shaft of the bearing roller the traditional clearance is changed into interference fit. The clearance into which the sealing cover and seal ring are imbedded is left in the intro side of the circle slope where the seal ring is intro concaved. As the clearance is upturned, the tendency of water and dust flowing into the sealed structure is effectively decreased.

⑤ When experiments concerning exposure to water and dust are carried out on simulative intensified test bed, the adoption of bearing roller assembled by the new type bearing house set and the filling of fabricating cream into the labyrinth like tight cabin, makes the performances of carrier roller exceeds the national standard, the expected purpose is attained.
