Product description: Bend roller, also called guide roller, is a common accessory used for belt conveyor. It is mainly used to change the direction in which conveyer belt goes or to compress conveyer belt so as to increase wrap angle between the conveyer belt and transmission drum.
Bend roller is applicable to machinery, metallurgy, mining, ports and wharfs, industry chemical and medicine industry, cement, iron and steel and coal mine. It is a driving device for moveable belt-type conveyer and is also used in some standing belt-type conveyers.
Bend roller is mainly fixed under the belt. If the belt goes on the left, on the right side of the belt conveyer, the bend roller is mainly bear and iron tube in structure. The transmission drum is the capstan of belt conveyer. The relationship between bend roller and transmission drum is like that of the two wheels of a bicycle, the rear wheel is transmission drum and the front wheel is bend roller. There is no difference between bend roller and transmission drum in structure. The transmission part of both is composed of bear of main shaft roller and bear chamber. Roller is classified into main drive and slave drive.
