According to the characteristics and technical requirement of stamping stand, centering on how to raise productivity, reduce manufacturing cost and simplify model structure, a craft program for composite die molding through stamping is developed. In terms of design concerning composite die molding through stamping, problems of positioning sheared strip, unloading materials, ejecting spare parts and optimizing model structure are solved.
In terms of curving, flanging, bulging and the design of composite die, the positioning work by means of "one side, two holes" solves the problem that stand may go aside while taking shape, controls the phenomenon of bending spring back through controlling the intervals between finished models. Practice has proved that the above stamping craft and mold design enjoys high productivity and rational model structure, thus the shape and precision of stand is ensured.
